Center for African Studies Public Mailing Lists

The Center for African Studies manages two moderated e-mail lists, an events list and a general list. Users can subscribe or unsubscribe on their own. These are both moderated lists. Postings are limited to things related to the Center and to African Studies.

UCB Africa Events List Serve distributes notices of upcoming Africa-related academic and cultural events at U.C. Berkeley, Stanford and other Bay Area educational institutions. On occasion non-academic events may also be announced. It is moderated by the Center for African Studies (http://africa.berkeley.edu/)

You can subscribe to the list here: https://groups.google.com/a/lists.berkeley.edu/forum/#!forum/cas_events_calendar

CAS-UCB General List <center_for_african_studies@lists.berkeley.edu> circulates information related to the scholarly pursuit of African Studies. This includes announcements for jobs, internships, grants, fellowships, post-doctoral opportunities, and conferences, etc.

You can subscribe to the list here: https://groups.google.com/a/lists.berkeley.edu/forum/#!forum/center_for_african_studies
